Science 8 - Earth History Final Assessment FRIDAY

This week in Science 8 we will be wrapping up new content for our Earth History Unit. Consequently, our final written assessment will be this Friday. Students will continue working with Earth History ideas briefly after spring break on a project about Wisconsin's landscape.

While Friday's test is open notes, we are highly encouraging your student to study/page through their notes before Friday. The assessment will cover over a month of information going all the way back to erosion ideas and ending with glacier ideas from this week. Students who are not organized could struggle to find the resources they need to complete the test. Students will receive a study guide in class on Thursday.

Please note - if your family is leaving early for spring break, please have them check in with Ms. Pittner or Ms. Weckerly ASAP about alternate test taking opportunities. Because Friday is the last day of the quarter, we would prefer that students either take the test on Thursday before they leave or take it electronically on vacation and send it back over spring break. Please feel free to email us with any questions.
